Olivia shied away from yoga for years because she had a difficult time quieting her mind. However, during the past few years, Olivia started making yoga a daily part of her life. She practices yoga because it allows her to focus on her breath, while inhaling the positive and exhaling the negative.
Now as a licensed yoga teacher, Olivia is excited to share her practice with others so that they, too, can reap the benefits of this practice of gentle stretching. She is passionate about guiding her students in becoming the observer of themselves, to notice their breath and to listen to their body throughout the practice. Olivia's goal is to adapt her yoga classes to the specific needs and levels of each student so that her students leave feeling relaxed and prepared to take on the rest of their day.
